Quietly we sat and watch the day pass on.
I see your lips smile and found one on my own.
Youthful skins and handsome features are gone.
But look how timelessly beautiful we have grown.

You made me laugh,you made me cry.
You made me smile,you made me sigh.
You asked me to give forever a try.
You took my heart and took me sky high.

There were fights won,and fights lost.
But we went through it without a thought.
We have sailed thorugh life and rode the tide.
And now here we are quietly sitting side by side.

Behind the smile,sadness dwells.

An empty soul that can not find its rest.

Behind the strength,weakness dwells.

A heart that seeks to find love at its best.

I've given love with utmost selflessness.

I guess I even made the angels restless.

But in the end I find myself defenseless.

To life's realities that bringforth loneliness.

With every hello and every goodbye a pain remains.

Like a dark shadow it fills my soul with emptiness.

But with hope and faith my heart longingly waits.

Amazing little green thing you are.

You beat any painkillers by far.

Those soulful eyes took away my scar.

Rushing around in my rollercoaster ride.

I forgot to stay put and view my life.

Overlooking the things by my side.

Thinking my life doesn't have any spice.

I guess it won't be bad to slow down.

Might take away a tear or a frown.

Who knows I might just win a crown.

Though life is full of colored shades.
Sparkling glitters that blinds.
The basic tone that truly shines,
Soulful honest shade of Black and White!

I am not blind of life's amazing sparks.
Rainbow colored hopes that inspire.
I am not immune to life's sweet promises.
Sugar coated words that excite.

But in the end I choose the simplest path.
Simplest words that hits the heart.
Simplest promises that warms the soul.

It came in silence this thief of life.

Feeding on its prey with pure delight.

No shouts or screams were able to rise.

As the waves swallow the will to fight.

Dreams taken before one's eyes.

In a flash a lifetime was turned to dust.

Tears fell as one watch hope dies.

In the rage of the predator’s lust.

Let your strength in this darkness rise.

Like the sun in every tomorrow you will rise.

And dreams will be rebuilt and hope will rise.
